And here I am now after 8 days already without Instagram, Facebook (messenger included), and Twitter.

Uhm, what I didn’t expect is that the Universe answers us on the same level as our radical decisions…

When you decide to go all in into your Life, crazy things happen.

…things like being stung by a Scorpion.

Well… this is a story for next time so keep your eyes on the inbox.

The Best 11 Things

that this first week of social media detox has brought to me:

  1. Looking at one’s life from a real perspective, not filtered through other people's stories, posts, or info about planets moving and bringing something unexpected - so I can stay and wait for things to happen.

  2. Mental space for clarity on my life situation: what I really want, the decisions I need to act on;

  3. Identification of what was consuming even more energy: emotions and fears about my relationship I was not letting myself fully see them, acknowledge them, take responsibility, and make some commitments to myself first. 

  4. I gave myself permission to do something I love, and that brings me joy: dancing.
